If you want to look good, attractive and healthy then you will have to do some hard work to make your skin clean and healthy & To keep your skin clean and healthy, you need to bring some basic habits to your lifestyle.
First of all you need to bring a basic skin care routine to your habit and here I am going to tell you a best basic skin care routine for all.
1. Cleansing & washing your face properly -
Washing the face in a right manner is a very important habit But often people make some minor mistakes while washing their face that's why they can not find the desired result.
While you washing your face, these points should be kept in your mind -
1. In my opinion First of all you need to use a natural face cleanser like rose water face wash, Aloevera gel ( forest essentials, khadi, kama ayurveda) or lime juice. Any of these you can used on your face, but please use lemon juice once or twice in a week.
2. If you dont want to use natural face washes then you just need a good quality face wash, which is according to your skin type.
3. Wash your face twice in a day, first before going to sleep or second after waking up. if you are a workout or cardio lover then wash your face after your workout session otherwise twice a day is good enough.
4. Before washing your face, wash your hands properly or go gently with your face wash and apply in a circular motion.
These are some basic Knowledge about your face washing routine, you need to take care of it.
2. Scrub your face or exfoliation routine -
Mostly boys & girls do not pay attention to this important routine in their lifestyle but you want to scrub your face once in a week because exfoliation is a very important part of your skin care routine and it'll clean or open your clog pores and reduce the dead skin cells from your skin. you can also use natural scrubs if you dont want to purchase any brands scrub.
You can use these natural homemade scrubs -
1. Aloevera gel + sugar
2. Lime juice + sugar

Note point - please do not scrub your face too much , it will hurt your skin or reduce the essential oils or moisture of your skin.
3. Apply a Moisturizer -
moisturizers will give moisture to your skin & will give smoothness that's why applying or using a mild moisturizer after face cleansing is very important.

4. how to treat acne or pimples -
While you are suffering from acne or pimples you need to take extra care of your skin.
1. Do not touch and pop or pinch your pimples & acne.
2. Go & consult with a good dermatologist.
3. Do not use any scrub or cosmetic products on the acne or pimple area.
